HARRISBURG – Rep. Lynda Schlegel Culver (R-Northumberland/Snyder) joined the majority of her colleagues in the state House on Friday in voting for a balanced state spending plan for fiscal year 2017-18. The budget spends $31.9 billion and is a bipartisan plan that includes no broad-based tax increases, makes historic investments in education, funds core government services and consolidates state government agencies.
